The Landing page mimicked the cover of the printed catalog, however, the sizing and various other proportions were redesigned to be more friendly for desktop and mobile users for an endless scrolling experience.
The information architecture of the styles was also changed in taking this collection to the digital world. The catalog originally has the styles broken up by leotard type: the four long sleeve styles followed by the four coordinating tank styles.
For the digital format, we found it would make more sense for the audience to see both leotard designs side by side. It was a minor change to make, though looking at the experience form the audience’s perspective it afforded easy browsing and minimized scrolling back and forth to compare and contrast.
Then when the user reached the end of the page, we ring home the final message meaning of the collection that any gymnast can build their own legacy, much like Simone did herself.
